This app is a joke, Tinder was bad but at least you can have matches and speak. this one is nothing

I was banned for political reasons and now I'm happy that it happened. It made me search further. My efforts were rewarded and found the site where I met my woman – J4Dates
Perseverence always pays off. Sooner or later you find a normal platform with decent service. I hope my review will facilitate this process for someone. I'm sure there are other good dating services as well. Just don't get stuck on Hinge. It's worthless app designed to fleece people out of their money by banning them after they have made a payment. It's run by arrogant and disrespectful nerds!

Not my useful app waste full blade on your pocket. Never use this app ever again unless you're ready to poll ur money.

As a man I've never swiped left so much in my life. All of the profiles seemed to be of a very similar type of woman. One would think that an attractive woman who spends all day at crossfit and all night at the bar would have no need for a dating app. Something is off here, I smell fake profiles.

I used to have a great time on this app and found it really helpful for meeting people. Now it seems like most features are locked behind a paywall, and it even shuffles most of the people who "like" you behind a subscription, making it incredibly difficult to match with anyone. There's definitely been some weird algorithm changes since I last used it and now I don't see the point anymore.

I deleted my account at the end of November/early December with no reports against my account. I had no issues deleting it. I went to sign back up almost a month later and, to my surprise, my account was permanently banned. The excuse eas that several reports had been filed against my account or independently determined that my account should be banned. I wrote customer support and they were of no help. I understand not giving direct reasoning, but what I don't understand is how my account was determined to be banned when I no longer had an account or anything to review to come to that conclusion. I never sent any inappropriate messages or had any vulgarity in my profile nor had images that would violate terms and conditions. There was nothing offensive on my profile either. I strongly recommend updating their policy of how they handle bans and to divulge certain information for the consumer to understand while keeping anonymity.

There isn't enough information about yourself that you can put in your profile, nothing about the kind of music, movies, or foods that you like, nothing about what you might be passionate about...I had to constantly widen my criteria, just to get a message. It's not worth the almost $36 a month I paid and canceled after 13 days. Complete waste of time and money.

Don't use it. The worst dishonest app. Filing a lawsuit against them. Free apps have real people. These one is bs. They force people to buy boosts. Asian man who created it just hates all women and especially white women. No wonder he had to create this app.

Had my profile 'removed' without any reason on 3rd Oct 22. As of today 2nd December 22 I'm still receiving likes to an account that i now have no access to. They have stolen my image and advertising me as single on their site. I have written to them twice with details and evidence of all of this and despite recieiving the confirmation of receipt automated response to my emails I've been completely ignored

Wow the reviews are so bad.. I just wanted to say that I haven't had any luck but discovered last night that 4, yes 4 of my colleagues met their partners on Hinge + an ex colleague = 5.. They have been with their partner/wife for at least 2 years..

They took money from me (at least £300+) and refuse to give it back. Will be starting criminal proceedings. I wish I listened to everyone else here : (.

Joined Hinge, did not message anyone or interact in any way and got banned. Customer service non existant. No feedback , no help. Absolute rip off.

Of all the dating sites, Hinge feels the most genuine. The feature to like with a comment is something I feel is their standout feature; something that should be basic and standard for any serious dating site, though…

I used the app daily for 9 cumulative months and had gotten only 1 like which was about a month ago. (and it turned out she wasn’t particularly interested in me, to begin with)

Customer service is a joke. I have a thread 110 emails long of a back and forth with unhelpful people who don’t know anything or have the ability to help.

Finally, I have proof that I’m being shown the same profiles over and over again, so either the app isn’t sending my likes through, or there’s a major bug. And with an app that limits your number of likes per day, that’s extra scummy.

another weird dating app. i was using this fine but got banned all of a sudden, i can say i never broke rules! i never once used obscene language/explicit pictures etc. also you have to pay to use 'roses' 😂 & you have only a few likes then you have to pay! another scam app like tinder i guess, they want your money then ban you for no reason.!

I just downloaded hinge and went through what seemed to be an impressive profile setup allowing photos and videos and a lot of information but once I did all that the website or app doesn't seem to make sense there doesn't seem to be a way to actually search for members based upon certain criteria like age etc they just keep showing me profiles of women that are overly attractive and much younger than me which makes me think there's nobody compatible and a lot of the profiles are fake uninstalling it after it's been installed for 10 minutes
